Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will then terminate automatically, and you will not be charged again for the next month.
No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time remaining in a monthly billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in full in advance for a 12-month term. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring annual charge unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will remain active until the end of your current annual billing term. Your subscription will then terminate automatically, and you will not be charged for the next annual term.
Because annual plans are provided at a discounted rate in exchange for a longer upfront commitment, payments for annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Renewals
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing periods and will not affect the remainder of your current paid term.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of access.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this refund policy will be made solely at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
